A partnership built on years of experience

Healthy Hope’s ethos is to promote the health and wellbeing of our local communities. We are committed to a person centred approach. Our workshops provide a confidential and safe environment where people can relax, take part in healthy living, and feel good.

Our aim is to deliver holistic, individualised services for people living in Cumbria, increasing social engagement and alleviating isolation. Our positive person work and goal setting activities promote improved levels of emotional wellbeing and resilience.

"At Healthy Hopes we are non-judgemental. We treat people fairly, positively and with respect."

Initially set up in 2015 as a registered Community Interest Group. In 2026 we became a Registered Charity (no. 1216890) in England.
